9:00 AM - 2:00 PM	2024 CIT Program - Week 1 8:45 to 2:00 The Counselor in Training Program at the Goshen Summer Day Camp is designed to offer qualified young people an opportunity to prepare for positions as camp counselors. Emphasis is placed upon developing leadership skills, sensitivity to children, and program skills. *****Participation in the CIT program is by selection only.  If you sent your application and you have received an email saying you have been approved for the program you may register for the number of weeks you were assigned.  All unauthorized CIT registrations will be cancelled and the registration fee will NOT be refunded.*****Payment of $100.00 per week is expected at time of registration.  All of our CITs pay $100.00 per week to help offset the cost of having extra counselors for the CITs.  CITs are considered campers by the state and we need to follow their counselor to camper ratio.  This means we have to pay for more counselors than we would if we had no CITs.  Other camps charge up to $300 per week for CITs so we're pretty affordable!  Please fax a copy of your current immunization records to our office at 845-294-1276 PRIOR to attending camp.If you have any questions please email goshenjrc@gmail.com
